The capacity of our installations is up to 1200 x 800 mm. Our equipments cool down the pieces with nitrogen. The cooling speed is up to 10 bar and the equipments reach temperatures up to 1250ºC and a vacuum level up to 10 -4 mb.
As main advantages of vacuum heat treatments are that the surface of the material is not changed at all and the low appearance of distortions.
