Quenching and Ageing

We have at our disposal the most modern installations for applying the processes of hardening and ageing with the highest quality.

After the quenching temperature, the pieces are quickly cooled in water. This is one of the most important characteristics of a quality treatment for light alloys and it is due to the strategic layout of our equipments.

The automatic control system of temperature is calibrated frequently and allows us to regulate and to control the treatment temperature with a minimal variation.

This complete installation provides to the pieces the best results about mechanical and metallographic characteristics as well as the test procedures during the process.
